juice from 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp raw chopped ginger

Blend all ingredients until smooth, then add 1/4 cup pure water. You may use 4 ice cubes instead of water for a nice cold slushy drink. Enjoy! and get well soon :)
